Driving and transport can have a major impact on independence, participation, safety and access to work, education, family and community life.

Sarah Smith is a Transport for NSW registered Driver Trained Occupational Therapist and can support several different driving and community mobility pathways.

Not every transport-related referral requires the same assessment. Some people need a formal OT Driving Assessment, some need a pre-driving readiness assessment, and others need advice about vehicle access, passenger transport or modifications.
