OT SPARKS: Foundations for Practice

OVERVIEW

OT Sparks: Foundations for Practice is a 12‑month professional development and supervision program designed for early career Occupational Therapists (0–5 years). The program provides practical, evidence-informed learning to build confidence, competence, and clarity in community and private practice roles.

KEY FEATURES

  • 12x 90-minute sessions 
  • Face-to-face (10 places) or online (10 places)
  • Flexible attendence, come for 1x session, come for all 12! 
  • Structured teaching + practical tools + reflection 
  • 18 CPD hours 

PROFESSIONAL ALIGNMENT

 OT Sparks: Foundations for Practice has been intentionally developed to align with: 

  • Occupational Therapy Board of Australia – Australian Occupational Therapy Competency Standards (2018) 
  • Occupational Therapy Australia – Essential Supports for Early Career OTs (2025)
