Foundations for Practice is a 12-month professional development and supervision program for early career occupational therapists who want practical support to build confidence, competence and sustainable practice habits.
The program is designed for occupational therapists in their first 0-5 years of practice, particularly those working in community, private practice, NDIS, aged care or mixed caseload settings.
Each session combines structured teaching, practical tools and guided reflection so participants can apply learning directly to everyday practice.
Foundations for Practice has been intentionally developed to align with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia Australian Occupational Therapy Competency Standards and Occupational Therapy Australia early career support guidance.
